Picking up

Pick-Up time is 2p.  If you need to arrange a different time please let us know and we can see how we can accommodate.  Earlier pick-ups will depend on previous bookings and cleaning schedule. 

 

We do offer delivery within 35(ish) miles.  This includes oodles of parks and places plus our local  Greenville/Spartanburg Airport.

Pick-Up Process

Hopefully most of your questions will be answered here but we will go over the basics and can answer any questions when we meet.  

We will meet up at 680 Old Greenville Hwy, Clemson, SC 29631, US.

For emergency services (ambulance, police, or fire) please immediately call 911 and then call us.  


- We also ask that you please make contact with us regarding any incidents that may occur, small or large; we won’t bite! You do have insurance with the booking platform so be sure to call us and we can figure out what steps are next.

Rules of the road

This is a quick summary but we will email you a Supplemental Renter's Agreement with all the details.  But here are some main ones:

 

Kindly be aware that any violation of these rules may result in a fee deducted from your security deposit.

 

  • NO Pets. Fine $500.

  • Tailgating or festivals must be approved.

  • No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed inside the vehicle.

  • Do not pull away with the electric cord plugged in!

  • No wipes, it will clog the drain.

  • No burning candles inside.

  • Awning is the responsibility of renter.

  • Refuel to full level. 

  • Extra cleaning charged by hour. Basic cleaning included.

  • AC will NOT last more than 3 hrs if you are not plugged in or restart the engine to charge.

  • Smart TV will need your account to log-in or movies on thumb drive.

  • When black or gray tanks are full, pull into any campground & dump for a small charge & refill with fresh water or stay at a campsite with full electric/water/sewer hookup if needed. We will empty tanks upon return.
